• the exclusive and private use of the entire 6000 sq. ft. mansion

• 1.5 acres of landscaped botanical gardens with a waterfall

• two working fireplaces with firewood

• fire pit with firewood

• 4000 sq. ft. of decks and patios

• staff member to greet your guests as they arrive by car and to remain at this area for the duration of the event (not included Mon-Thurs for events that conclude before 4:00 p.m.)

• tables and chairs to the extent of our inventory for your guests' food and beverage needs

• black Chavarria chairs in the dining room

• bartenders ( with your open alcohol bar)

• facility manager

• art centerpieces for the dining tables

• $100,000 audio visual system with 100" dpi projector

• high speed internet
